My name is Khella Young and I started my Graphic Design journey in 2013, and by 2016, I found my niche in Instructional Design, where I blend storytelling with engaging visuals. My passion lies in creating training materials that inspire and inform, using lively designs and dynamic videos to make learning an enjoyable experience. This training course was designed for a local Detroit coffee shop (renamed Sips Café for the training) to equip baristas with foundational knowledge and practical skills to create an enticing customer experience that keeps guests coming back. The course covers key topics such as Brewing Success, The Role of a Barista, Having a Customer-First Mindset, and Creating a Welcoming Atmosphere. Additionally, the course includes core barista skills like drink preparation basics, equipment usage, and efficient workflow techniques.
